He strolls to his desk and plops down into his chair, more like a leather throne actually, he may be a pirate but he has pride. He looks down at the map, he himself, Bill Cipher, had been traveling on seas for years since he was a little lad. Looking at the coordinates and calculating the direction, there are rumors that there are mystic creatures around a certain area, but quite vague about the island, Bill plans to go to that area and search on each island and catch him some bounty.
