Huening Kai and Taehyun were both orphans and were sold when they were young , to some assassin gang who train young teens boys and turn them into emotionless killing machines . Taehyun who wasn't a big fan of violence often found their training physically at the same time mentally draining and he couldn't rlly perform well and therefore was always punished severely . Huening Kai though not having much issues with violence still hated the fact tht they were forced to become something they don't really want to be and also he wanted to save Taehyun whom he considered his best and only friend from tht horrible place . Taemin thinks, if he's anything to JongIn he will be a spoon. Coz he thinks JongIn only uses him when he wants to shove something in him. And JongIn would be the fork, always shoving and stabbing him until he's full and can't take anything in anymore. And the knife, Taemin really doesn't used the knife before, or doesn't care about it. But after Kyungsoo came everything changed coz now, Kyungsoo is the knife in Taemin's life who cuts the bond between him and Jongin. The knife who sliced Taemin's heart into pieces.
