It has been 5 years since Zim has last seen Dib. Dib is now 21. He has forgotten about Zim. Zim who remembers all that transpired wonders why he forgot. Why he hasn't seen him. Why did he leave around the time his leaders told him that they tried discarding him? Gir stopped functioning not long after as well. Zim was all alone at his lowest. He worked on a plan. A plan against the tallest that would end up affecting the Irken empire. No one left to stop him. He managed to have a calm conversation with Tak. Together they planned. Zim also contacted the Resisty and some other Irkens. As he is about to commence with the plan he bumps into Dib. Dib felt a familiarity towards the Zim. So he struck up a conversation. We get into actual plot around chapter 12 so if you're sick of fillers GUESS WHAT IT'LL BE OVER SOON This fic is a rewrite because the old version had no plot or anything interesting whatsoever. TW) Cursing, mentions self-harm (specifically the scars) Characters are aged up to be in the range of years 16 and 18, Zim's a bit less... Weird. Nothing 18+ because they're canonically children and I am not into reading OR writing that kind of stuff All characters belong to Jhonen Vasquez and are from the show Invader Zim (except for the occasional made-up space aliens that say random lines for some reason, those are just random dudes I make up. Also some characters that might exist for uhhh maybe epilogue haha-)
