Kushina Osumaki died with the nine tails being removed, but Minato lives along with Naruto. On Naruto's fifth birthday he was in a terrible accident which caused hi to lose his voice. How would the tragic incident that happened on his fifth birthday shape the happy little son of the Hokage as Minato struggles to raise Naruto without Kushina's help and guidance BTW um if it isn't obvious I don't own Naruto just the idea of the AU hope you enjoy

Over a thousand years after Naruto becomes Hokage, the Naruto Era has ended. In a war for power, nations fought for the new all-powerful ninja tools over a period of 500 years. During this time, the legend of the events of Naruto and Boruto: Next Generations becomes lost, if not for the Nine-Tailed fox. Traumatized by the recent tailed-beast hunting practices, Kurima attacks a curious passer-by, who happens to be one of the rarer "Chakra Users" who is also hunted by the current generation. The age of ninja truly is over. This young boy charms the world with his pure heart, and faces many easy battles and tough decisions.

Naruto is captured by the Akatsuki, and what's worse is that Sasuke was the one that formally caught him. Yet even that isn't the biggest problem. Naruto is going mad. When He had met Orochimaru, Orochimaru had put a curse on him. THe more the fox's powers leak, the faster Naruto's mind shatters. Sasuke is face with a big diliema. Yes, he had captured Naruto, but he never intends to keep Naruto in the forsaken place. Yet when Sasuke heard Naruto when he had an...episode, Sasuke knew that he needs help. From a friend. But what if Gaara takes that spot away from him? (Read this story. It's alot better than how I described it. I suck at this XD)
