Blue Hausa is a ninja of the Hidden Leaf village, to everyone else he is just a normal genin but since there were too many people in his academy he had to be in a team of 4, the team name was team 7. Blue's clan's jutsu was that of "Tenmoku" it was an eye jutsu that only 11 people in his clan knew before it was destroyed... All because of Blue... Since Blue was the 11th person who knew this clan jutsu he was highly targeted and the fact that he was the secret 11th tailed beast jinjurikan didn't help (I'm not counting the 10th tailed beast because of Naruto Shippuden) and only the hokages know about Blue, they were planning on somehow making an 11th jinjurikan but needed time, Naruto Uzumaki was suppose to be the 11th but the 9th tails was needed to be sealed into him so the closest baby there was, was Blue and we start our story in the house of Naruto Uzumaki since that was the only person besides the other hokages who knew about Blue's "Secret"
