PhD Student Maria Yuquibo finds herself stranded on an unfathomably immense structure out in the middle of space whose surface holds not only endless space, but dark, endless rabbit holes on the nature of the galaxy and her existence. From lost societies, and political upheaval, to creatures with extra-dimensional power. What is this place? Where or when is it? How, and why did it come about? And most importantly who could built such a structure? Maria must navigate it all if she wants to find answers and get herself home.

Marisol was born and raise in Puerto Rico. An island known as the island of enchantment. However, Marisol was not able to see the good parts of the island or what it offers and instead wanted to finish her last year of high school and move to the USA. A fateful meeting with a taino girl might be the thing that opens her eyes and the people who live on the island. To what is happening to it and how the taino girl and the island are suffering. Some of the dialogue will be in Spanish, but I will have translation at the end.

This is a story using my indigenous Taino heritage language. Each story with a lesson about life.

Atabey is one of two supreme deities of the Taino people. She is the goddess of fresh water and fertility. She is also known as Caguana a spirit of Love and Guabancex the violent wild mother of storms, volcanoes and earthquakes. The Taino's used to worship her and hold her on high but she noticed as time went on her people worshiped her less and less as they became more consumed with modern advances. This caused Atabey's powers to diminish and she has become weak. It became difficult for her to watch over the Caribbean. Less and less people believed in her. She looked to the mortals and noticed that many of them have either became lazy, self absorbed, or both. Though there were many advances to modernize the people and make their work lives easier the enviorment around them has been neglected and abuse through the modern advancement. "These mortals have become so self absorbed and gluttonous that they don't realize the how their selfishness causes destruction around them. At this pace no one animal or human will have clean water and I will disappear. What could I do to get their attention to get them to make a change?"
