this is my entry for the NatGeo contest; a tale of a seahorse romance gone awry. What if you could learn about seahorse mating rituals and how to recover from dysfunctional relationships at the same time? Then this is the story for you!!!

Emilia has made herself the perfect social bubble. She has her two brothers, and best friends who she seems to always be with, and then the rest of the school who eat out of the palm of her hand. Her secret to ruling the school? Just be a genuinely nice person and people tend to like you more than whatever mean girl is trying to take over the school that week. The rest of the school sees her as the perfect girl who just wants everyone to be as happy and content with life as she is, but everyone has there demons, and those who smile the brightest always seem to be the most broken inside. Cue Flynn Ryder, the lead singer of the new hot boy band of Tainted Love who randomly enrolls at her school with his band in tow and refuses to let anyone call him by his first name. He's playful and likes to pull pranks, she's been ready to get rid of him since the moment she saw him. What can possibly go wrong?
