*IRON FLAME SPOILERS* Over 600 years before the events of Fourth Wing, the First Six were chosen by the dragons to become the first riders and found Basgiath War College. They were an unlikely collection of misfits--Lyra, Warrick, Cardia, Leo, Ophelia, and Blaine--who would be there heroes to unite Navarre and raise the first runes. Many years prior to the Great War, we follow Cardia Daramor of Deepmoss as she must choose between her home in Calldyr and her father General Daramor's twisted plans for world domination. Cardia found something terrifying beneath the ocean surface: dragons. The Deepmoss, Poromiel, and Navarre race to see who can use this great and terrible power first. On the coast of the Sapphire Sea, the Deepmoss war college-- the Gauntlet of Aje--will train five quadrants: infantry, buccaneers, gryphons, healers, and dragon riders. The Empyrean have far different plans however--their own land and a school dedicated to their own bonded riders.

UPDATE 06/01/2025 THIS STORY IS PUT ON HOLD AND IT IS UNKNOWN IF IT WILL BE CONTINUED This is a fourth wing fan fic that takes place during Iron Flame in the pov of an original character Asteria Gweyr. Asteria was betrothed to Alic Tauri because of her unique amplification ability. When Alic died in threshing and Asteria found out about what was going on outside the wards she decides to train to become a rider. Something an amplifier is strictly forbidden to do, if she is caught she will be executed. Unknown to her, Camlaen, her childhood friend and youngest son to the king, also decided to become a rider changing his name to Aaric. The two take on the first year in the riders quadrant together. Their only goal, to survive. I will try my best to have minimal lore changes but instead expanding on ideas that Rebecca has already talked about in her books. It will follow a similar timeline to Iron Flame but in the point of view of the first years. My goal is to upload a chapter once a Month as I am busy with school.

While waiting for judgment, she reunites with her big brother, and meets Liam for the first time. The teachers, not knowing what else to do, make her cross the parapet and put her to join the lessons if she survived. But does she? Will she make it through the year or will she be another name on the death roll? It's a story on her struggles in the quadrant. All these characters and plot belongs to Rebecca Yarros. This an addition to her book series 'The Empyrean' as per my imagination on if Xaden had a sister. The book is shows the struggles faced by marked ones and also their bondings. The story has spoilers from Fourth Wing, Iron Flame and Onxy Storm.
