The warp fucks up a lot of things. Due to the Immaterium's nature, the Ark Mechanicus Speranza not only arrives on Holy Terra thirty-eight millennia earlier than it departed, but it also arrived in a different universe entirely. Whether this was Chaos' attempt at ridding the Imperium of its greatest weapon or a freak warpstorm, the Speranza's machine spirit is ready and willing to rid this civilized and not-imperium humanity of the xeno scum that dare tread on Holy Terra's most sacred surface (And surprisingly, still-existent oceans).
