This book is about a girl named Anna. She goes off to Florida with her best friend Maria for summer vacation going into Junior year of high school. While they are there they meet a guy named Sam. Anna doesn't realize what she feels for him right away. Do they end up getting together or will it all go downhill and she misses out on her one true love?

Bella Rae tried running from her past before but it has caught up with her. Will she be able to outrun it again or deal with the consequences of running before? Will she do it alone or with the help of one special person and his friends?
