His father, Oryx, has arrived at the Sol System and with him the Taken, a legion of corrupt, once living beings changed by darkness. This time, not even the powers of Invictus are strong enough to stop him.

After the Taken King fell, life at the tower for the Guardians returned to its usual monotony. Medals were issued, speeches were given, and the Traveller blossomed with light. But peace was not to be. Months after Oryx escaped his demise, Guardians begin disappearing from patrols without a trace. The darkness is rising once again, and the whispers that were silenced with the Taken's destruction are beginning to stir again. As if to make matters worse, the Dreadnaught has disappeared from Saturn's rings. It all points to one impossible conclusion: Oryx has returned. But Oryx and the Hive aren't the only army that seeks her. A few familiar faces dread upon revenge as well... On the other hand, Trials of Osiris goes live and Guardians celebrate the Festival of The Trial by Fire at one of the 4 Towers that stand in Earth; Africa, Scorch of Dusk. SRL, Trials of Osiris, and many more for all Guardians and Citizens to attend and participate. Celebration goes wild with joy, but that doesn't mean it can't disappear. Sarah Holliday, the sister of Amanda Holliday never liked the tower, Sarah was just as good as her sister perhaps even better but she was outshined by Amanda anyway and because of this she was bullied by the guardians and neglected by her sister. When Logan and the vex overtook the tower and restored order, nothing changed for Sarah until one day she snaps and leaves the safety of the last city and runs into an ancient foe *Book 3*

This is going to be more of a lore book of Destiny and Destiny 2, running from the Traveler's first sighting, to the invasion of the City conducted by the Cabal and Dominus Ghaul.
