Those people were the first Heroes of this world and since then heroing has become a profession that everyone admires and most people want do in the future. But that is not the case for our protagonist, who gave up on that dream years ago due to the fact that he was a part of the 20%, that had not quirks. So what will happen when he is given the most powerful device in the galaxy previously used by another hero. Will he live up to become as great as a hero as his predecessor or will he fail to protect this world ?
