After the big incident with the big fight of One for All years later, Hawks has a hero agency. Which gave an opportunity for Ayane Haruki to apply. Just a normal employee. She is quiet and hardworking but friendly with others. Hawks has successfully have a proper conversation with Ayane after multiple attempts working for him.
