The characters name is Arthur Bourbon he has Short Brown/Black hair and red eyes and Porcelain skin he is a descendant of a royal bloodline that causes him to be a loner throughout middle school because his family was considered royalty because they are of royal blood but he gets looked down upon because he is a quarter English ( He's a prince because I want Monarchy in my book ) He's a childhood friend of René/Tamaki since their families have known each other for generations but when René went to Japan Arthur realized he had feelings for him when Arthur was starting his second year of high school his parents allowed him too go too Japan and live there and go to Ouran High School, Arthur knew that René was there because his father was the principal so when he arrived the school year had already started and he got lost and ended up in the Host Club

Tamaki Suoh built the host club to act as a psuedo-family for himself and it's members, and he lives by an 'everyone has a place' mentality. So, when Hunny's cousin comes into town feeling lost and out of place, Tamaki makes it his goal to help her feel at home. But how far will Tamaki go to make this young woman so estranged from her clan feel like she means something to someone?
