But Haruhi doesn't want to go through with an arranged marriage because she is in love with kyoya and kyoya is in love with haruhi. But the day of the wedding they never knew they would be marrying each other haruhi will be kyoya's wife and kyoya will be haruhi's husband.

Haruhi and kyoya face the challenges of being in a high school relationship while keeping it down low.
