After accidentally breaking a vase because of the Hittachin twins, she needed to stay a member of the host club until her dept was paid off. Tamiki was convinced haruhi was a man until her photo ID showed she's a woman, but everyone in club already knew and accepted haruhi in it even if they had to keep it secret, everyone has feelings for her except kyoya until haruhi gets feeling for him.

Haruhi didn't have to hide that she's female and kyoya doesn't need to hide his relationship with haruhi, they started dating during their second year of ouran and everyone accepts the relationship because they all get along well with no problems. They are happy for kyoya and haruhi, including tamaki who used to be head over heals for her, all he wants is his best friends to be happy.

Kyoya doesn't know how he feels about haruhi, many people have feelings for her but he feels she's better off with tamiki after his love confession all of last year so he didnt know if he would stay only friends with haruhi or keep his feelings for her even though he doesn't realize she's only had feelings for him but she never admitted it. Tamaki still wants haruhi but he also wants his bestfriend to find love and be happy even if kyoya can't figure out what he wants

this is pretty sad shit. I'm the writer and it's hurting my feelers. Tamiki isn't really sure what happened to him. everything just didn't work the same anymore. he couldn't remember any of the lessons he was being taught, and his energy levels are declining no matter how much he sleeps. Mirio knows he needs to help him get better.

They became best friends who had good times in the ouran host club, they joined in on cosplays and helped bring their leader back to club after an arranged marriage. Haruhi is one of kyoya's closest friends beside tamaki, they always got along and haruhi was the one who stuck up for kyoya infront of his family something no one could ever do. Now their in another year of highschool with more cosplays and new feelings that everyone can notice. Haruhi already dresses as a women in club, grew most of her hair out and changed her look, they are all growing older while Haruhi and kyoya are growing closer.
