Haruhi and kyoya figure out their feelings for each other as they spend time apart as Haruhi plans to study abroad in America with the twins till they return for their last year of ouran academy before tamaki and kyoya plan to graduate ouran and everyone decide their college plans.

They've all graduated from ouran and have focused on their future, tamaki jas worked in the academy, haruhi and kyoya dated have dated for four years and have been married for two years now and focused on family business working together as well as expecting their first child. The twins went along with different works, one as a fashion worker in their parents work, the other was helping his fiance in his families produce shop, while mori, honey and kasanoda worked traveling around dojos around the world. Everyone has been busy with their lives and work.

Haruhi didn't have to hide that she's female and kyoya doesn't need to hide his relationship with haruhi, they started dating during their second year of ouran and everyone accepts the relationship because they all get along well with no problems. They are happy for kyoya and haruhi, including tamaki who used to be head over heals for her, all he wants is his best friends to be happy.

Haruhi joined the host club everyone though she was a boy but she announced that she is a women and all of club was in love with her but she met one man who doesn't always show his emotions like everyone else. Kyoya was the quiet type but he knew he had feelings for haruhi as well but he couldn't admit it like everyone else could tamiki shares it every second but haruhi doesn't like tamiki her feelings are for kyoya, she wants to express those feelings so that everyone in club knows.

They became best friends who had good times in the ouran host club, they joined in on cosplays and helped bring their leader back to club after an arranged marriage. Haruhi is one of kyoya's closest friends beside tamaki, they always got along and haruhi was the one who stuck up for kyoya infront of his family something no one could ever do. Now their in another year of highschool with more cosplays and new feelings that everyone can notice. Haruhi already dresses as a women in club, grew most of her hair out and changed her look, they are all growing older while Haruhi and kyoya are growing closer.

Mia is new to the ouran academy with her brother's, but they protect their little sister even if their twins they care more about her. Haruhi and kyoya have four kids their twin son's and two daughter's, Mia is at the age of dating but her brothers don't want her to be in relationships and focus on school but they let their sister be happy. Mia's life has ups and down as she tries to manage it while the old host club family returns with their kids having them all follow in there footsteps making a new ouran host club as mia has new love in her life.

Haruhi and Tamaki broke up after issues in their relationship when tamaki cheats on haruhi, she was hurt and didn't trust falling in love again. After she returned to Japan kyoya was the only one from their group that was also in Japan, they decided to do some catching up and he offered to let her come over to his place any time she wants to. When tamaki comes to visit learning haruhi is at kyoya's place. Her world is turned upside down with so many issues in her life while everyone is also in their last year of ouran academy.
