They've all graduated from ouran and have focused on their future, tamaki jas worked in the academy, haruhi and kyoya dated have dated for four years and have been married for two years now and focused on family business working together as well as expecting their first child. The twins went along with different works, one as a fashion worker in their parents work, the other was helping his fiance in his families produce shop, while mori, honey and kasanoda worked traveling around dojos around the world. Everyone has been busy with their lives and work.

Haruhi was a full time host club member one day she meets a new transfer, his name is kyoya ootori. Tamiki is madley in love with haruhi but she never accepts him, Kyoya is the new member now and he get's feelings that he didn't think he would ever have for any women he was falling in love with haruhi, but didn't know if it would be right to date another host club member. He didn't know if he should confess or let haruhi choose who she wants to be with, even though she has never been in love before men are always in love with haruhi, but she never loves them back until she meets kyoya otori.

Kyoya was placed in an arranged marriage as the host club learns haruhi was placed in an arranged marriage as well but their fathers tell them they don't meet the man or women they are marrying until the day of the wedding. But Haruhi doesn't want to go through with an arranged marriage because she is in love with kyoya and kyoya is in love with haruhi. But the day of the wedding they never knew they would be marrying each other haruhi will be kyoya's wife and kyoya will be haruhi's husband.

Haruhi moved to Karuizawa for a summer job after highschool ended but one member met up with her since he was on a business trip, now she get's to catch up with kyoya and he can get the girl he secretly had feelings for through highschool.

They're in love but it's all secret, no one knows and no one will know until the 18th century dance after haruhi's dept is paid off, kyoya falls in love with haruhi and hooks up with her after she is accidentally placed in his room during the beach trip. How long will the secret stay hidden until everyone has their suspicions.

Haruhi and Tamaki broke up after issues in their relationship when tamaki cheats on haruhi, she was hurt and didn't trust falling in love again. After she returned to Japan kyoya was the only one from their group that was also in Japan, they decided to do some catching up and he offered to let her come over to his place any time she wants to. When tamaki comes to visit learning haruhi is at kyoya's place. Her world is turned upside down with so many issues in her life while everyone is also in their last year of ouran academy.

Haruhi joined the host club everyone though she was a boy but she announced that she is a women and all of club was in love with her but she met one man who doesn't always show his emotions like everyone else. Kyoya was the quiet type but he knew he had feelings for haruhi as well but he couldn't admit it like everyone else could tamiki shares it every second but haruhi doesn't like tamiki her feelings are for kyoya, she wants to express those feelings so that everyone in club knows.

Haruhi is a new student at ouran high but everyone was convinced she was a male, because of the way she dressed. After accidentally breaking a vase because of the Hittachin twins, she needed to stay a member of the host club until her dept was paid off. Tamiki was convinced haruhi was a man until her photo ID showed she's a woman, but everyone in club already knew and accepted haruhi in it even if they had to keep it secret, everyone has feelings for her except kyoya until haruhi gets feeling for him.

Haruhi and kyoya are in a relationship, all of club knows and accepts it. They help keep their relationship secret from guests, people don't suspect anything even though haruhi has to pretend to be a male student in the ouran host club. Haruhi and kyoya face the challenges of being in a high school relationship while keeping it down low.

Haruhi has been in love with kyoya for years as they have had a long relationship for 9 years now kyoya wants to propose to the love of his life even if their club friends have known since after highschool ended but tamiki doesn't know he's been away in paris with his mother after he finally found her when his engagement ended with eclair, he's always been in love with haruhi so he tries to get the girl he wants but the day he goes after her is the moment kyoya's proposing now tamiki will learn the truth about the women he was in love is now she's getting married

Kyoya is the next boss of the ootori family business with his wife haruhi as the manager, after marriage kyoya's father passed down the family business to him now kyoya leads his families companies with new and old workers plus business connections with their old host club group members but their is a little competition inside the company's work when a new man is hired as a worker in their company who winds up with feelings for haruhi the manager of the business everyone in the business including haruhis club friends keep an eye on the man until the boss hears of everything

They became teen parents at seventeen through their sophomore year of highschool, but they chose to stay in the host club and let everyone know that haruhi and kyoya have started a family even though it wasn't planned they still choose to keep their baby and be wonderful parents. Kyoya will always protect and take care of haruhi through out her whole pregnancy, he loves her and wants help her through everything. His father wants them to get married before the baby comes but the plans may be put on hold while they go through parenthood.

They became best friends who had good times in the ouran host club, they joined in on cosplays and helped bring their leader back to club after an arranged marriage. Haruhi is one of kyoya's closest friends beside tamaki, they always got along and haruhi was the one who stuck up for kyoya infront of his family something no one could ever do. Now their in another year of highschool with more cosplays and new feelings that everyone can notice. Haruhi already dresses as a women in club, grew most of her hair out and changed her look, they are all growing older while Haruhi and kyoya are growing closer.

Mia is new to the ouran academy with her brother's, but they protect their little sister even if their twins they care more about her. Haruhi and kyoya have four kids their twin son's and two daughter's, Mia is at the age of dating but her brothers don't want her to be in relationships and focus on school but they let their sister be happy. Mia's life has ups and down as she tries to manage it while the old host club family returns with their kids having them all follow in there footsteps making a new ouran host club as mia has new love in her life.

Kyoya doesn't know how he feels about haruhi, many people have feelings for her but he feels she's better off with tamiki after his love confession all of last year so he didnt know if he would stay only friends with haruhi or keep his feelings for her even though he doesn't realize she's only had feelings for him but she never admitted it. Tamaki still wants haruhi but he also wants his bestfriend to find love and be happy even if kyoya can't figure out what he wants

back in time as a royal family instead of ouran it was haruhi as a princess in a palace, her father wanted her to marry a prince to take over as the next king but saw she was close with all six knights they were all six of the host club men but they went by different color knights and each armor they were wearing represented the color they matched. Tamiki was falling in love with haruhi but her father wanted her to choose him, instead she was close with a different knight the quiet purple one known as kyoya ootori. He is a prince with two older brothers and an older sister who take over at the palace he was third in line to be king. Haruhi was falling in love with her purple knight kyoya.

She is the daughter of haruhi, haruhi had Naomi kotoko fujioka her birth father is kyoya ootori but kyoya doesn't even know Naomi exists. Haruhi was sent away fifteen years ago after she discovered she was pregnant, Yoshio disapproved of it his son having a child before marriage a girl that couldn't take over his company so he sent haruhi away to paris where she found eclair. Haruhi stayed with eclair until Naomi left Paris and flew back to ouran to study abroad while staying in her grandpa ranka's home and find her father she would soon reconnect with and explain all of the family secrets.

He loves haruhi and everyone knows that even if he has to compete against tamiki then he will because he loves her and tamiki doesn't know kyoya loves haruhi but haruhi doesn't know what to do everyone in club has her back, tamiki shows all the love he has for haruhi even if kyoya is quietly showing it each day. She wants to choose but she doesn't wanna hurt the other one who loves her.

Haruhi didn't have to hide that she's female and kyoya doesn't need to hide his relationship with haruhi, they started dating during their second year of ouran and everyone accepts the relationship because they all get along well with no problems. They are happy for kyoya and haruhi, including tamaki who used to be head over heals for her, all he wants is his best friends to be happy.

Haruhi is 36 with a 16 year old daughter that none of the host club knew about they only knew that haruhi had a relationship with one of the host club members and at the graduation party they connected in a different way but they had no memory of it until haruhi found out she was a teen mom raising her daughter with no father, now her 16 year old daughter is on the hunt to find her father she'll do anything to meet him even if he's married or not she wants her mom to know that she has a dad in her life even if they never knew who the father was until DNA testing shows the man they have been looking for.
