Being the only Year 7 player on a team full of older students wasn't easy. Being noticed by Karasuno High School during an international volleyball tournament was even worse. After a chance meeting with an energetic orange-haired spiker, a terrifying setter, and the rest of Karasuno, one determined volleyball player finds herself pulled into a world of intense training, new friendships, embarrassing mistakes, and more volleyball than she ever thought possible. She dreams of becoming a spiker. The problem? She can barely hit the ball properly. Fortunately, giving up has never been one of her strengths.

Joining Karasuno was the easy part. Pretending to be someone she's not? Not so much. As Karasuno's newest first-year, she only wants to focus on volleyball and keep her identity a secret. But with chaotic teammates, unforgettable matches, rivals who seem oddly interested in her, and a growing list of people making things unnecessarily complicated, hiding the truth might just be the toughest challenge she's ever faced.

[KAGEYAMA X OC] Kageyama Tobio, known as the "King of the Upper Court", is a high schooler in Karasuno High School, Miyagi Prefecture. Kageyama particularly exceeds in volleyball. However, he was hated by his previous middle school teammates due to his dictator personality. Then, he meets Sakurai Hana, a girl from the his class, who changes he meets by chance. Sakurai doesn't speak much, she's a particularly quiet girl, but something about her feels familiar to Kageyama. An exciting sports love-comedy awaits!

It was another normal day...well, not really, since the whole world is being taken over by a virus from China, and everyone's stuck in their homes. It was no big deal for me, though, since I was the type of person who prefers to stay home and watch anime or Netflix and eat, most especially Haikyuu, a wholesome volleyball anime with a ton of lovable boys.
