This is a ranchers college au that I am writing because... I don't actually know why As always THIS IS NOT RPF! these are original characters based on personas and my own creative liberties, they will often be out of character and I apologise in advance. Updates will be unscheduled but if I haven't posted in a while, feel free to remind me. Cover art by me! (shush, I can't draw guys very well)

As children, angels were always told the same stories. Whispered in solemn halls, etched into glowing tomes, repeated until they became law rather than lesson. Demons were evil-cruel, sadistic, master manipulators who thrived on corruption and pain. They were said to twist kindness into weakness and curiosity into downfall. It was drilled into every young angel's mind: demons could not be trusted. To trust one was to fall. Skizz never liked those lessons. Even as a child, he felt uncomfortable speaking ill of anyone-be they creature, spirit, or shadow-especially when they weren't there to defend themselves. It felt wrong, like condemning a stranger for a crime you'd never seen them commit. While other angels nodded along, wide-eyed and obedient, Skizz would fidget, wings twitching, brow furrowed in quiet disagreement. He didn't argue out loud-not often-but the doubt lived in him all the same, warm and persistent. Skizz was troublesome in the way only a good-hearted child could be. Hyperactive, endlessly energetic, he found it nearly impossible to remain still through lectures meant to instill fear and discipline. His feet bounced. His fingers traced the glow of the clouds beneath him. His wings were always half-spread, as if ready to leap into the sky at a moment's notice. The world was too big and too beautiful for him to sit quietly and listen to hatred. More than anything, Skizz loved-fiercely and without restraint. He loved the sun as it spilled over the gates of Heaven, loved the laughter of other young angels, loved the idea that goodness could exist everywhere if someone simply chose it. He wanted to give that love freely, to the skies, to the stars, to anyone who might need it. And the idea that an entire group of beings was beyond redemption didn't make sense to him. Because if love was truly divine, then surely it wasn't meant to stop at the edge of Heaven.

Hotguy is Hermit City's newest hero, and everyone seems to love him. Well, almost everyone. Grian can't stand the city's newest "personal military member". When his younger brother almost gets killed just for being an avian, maybe those Dogwarts "Terrorist" don't look so bad... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I really tried to make this description/title decent, but I don't think it worked. And let's not even talk about the cover... This is gonna be book 1 in this AU. Enjoy!

Welcome to the Realms, a world I built from shards of Minecraft and Double Life lore and a lot of imagination for the sole purpose of housing our wonderful Ranchers. Looking back on it, Jimmy blames the garden for everything that's happened. After all, that's where he found the box, which led to Deepfrost, which led to this whole spiral of backsliding further and further away from the warmth of life. It had all started simply enough- with a dungeon, and with a goal- and had, over time, meandered into a world of beasts and bosses and dangers that Jimmy never had fully been able to grasp until it was too late, until he learned what Deepfrost REALLY was. But, that's a little too close to the end of the story. Let's rewind things back to the start, back to the beginning of the game known as Deepfrost. Let's talk about the first runs, the first deadly encounters, the first small victories. Or . . . perhaps you should be left to discover that on your own. After all, Deepfrost is a game that prides itself in its own immersive experience . . . in more ways than one. --- Deepfrost is an AU that is a crossover of the games Inscryption (by Daniel Mullins) and Decked Out 2 (by Tango Tek). You don't need to know anything about either of these to enjoy this story. If you don't want spoilers for the level design of Decked Out 2 or the layout of Act 2 and some of the overarching lore of Inscryption, I would consider not reading this fic, or at least leaving it for later :]

Grian pressed a button. That's how the shenanigans started. Then he has to learn how to deal with the consequences, and those consequences come in the form of child hermits. Thankfully he's not alone, but he is in a lot of trouble, and he needs to figure out a plan to bring them back to human form, while simultaneously dealing with kids along with the other 7 adult hermits. The timer ticked down. Copper specks are flying everywhere. Hermits are either injured or coppered. There are some survivors, but not all are gathered together. Only a few are on their own. Grian and a few of the surviors are trying to come up with a plan to end the copper but are not aware that there are other survivors. Communicators are of no help due to not knowing who all is still here. Scar right now is not here and is going to be away for a while. Will he return and be able to save his friends? Will the survivors be able to stop this Copper Apocalypse, or will they all be copper? Only time and fate will tell.

NOT MY FANART. Etho is a wolf/ice elf hybrid. Tango is a blaze/ demon hybrid. Both are sworn enemies but when they are both assigned as dormmates feelings are caught and things happen that change the boy's perspective on each other.
