I'm what you call a Codebreaker. Not the old Nazi wartime code breakers, a real Codebreaker. I am hired by those who know about us to decipher the obscure clues left behind by some in old illegible graffiti, the odd scratches left in trees and the symbols in maps left by the Knights Templar, the odd trails in the woods that seem to lead to nowhere, I crack the mysteries of the past and often lead the seekers (my clients) to whatever they are looking for. It is a job that requires both skill and an innate 6th sense. We have to be able to sense the path we need to take and the way that the gears line up to open the doorways to the place we seek. It's dangerous work. Every time I take a job, I risk my life. But what can I say-I'm a junky for that type of thing. The danger, it just ups the benefits from the job. When a Codebreaking job goes wrong, and all hell breaks loose, who will be there to face the repercussions?
