Ancestors: The Other World There are two worlds, the Material World and the Other World. The material world consists of machines, humans and animals. Normal in our eyes. The Other World consists of humans, machines and animals too, but they have one main difference. Many ancient and mythical beasts which used to roam both worlds died in the Winter War, their spirits leaving the Material World and bestowing their knowledge, power and strength to those they choose. Beasts still do roam the Other World, but the moment they pass on, their spirits pick a child to grow with, and since the lifespans of the beasts have shortened after the massive war, but the birth rate has also increased, the humans of the Other World decided to split into many kingdoms and live in peace. After a freak accident, my oc is forced into isolation from friends and any family that isn't her immediate family. She meets a tanuki girl and white wolf by chance as everything falls apart. Join her as she travels on adventures, solves crimes and defeats bad guys until the story comes to an end or the author gets tired. Discover her talents, weaknesses and flaws that may have been created from her past. My character wasn't originally this young but I'm gonna roll with it. I don't own anyone but my oc that will be presented most of the time. This is supposed to be a OC x Shiruo but we'll see where it goes. I purposely didn't put my oc's name often so that it seems more of a mix of my oc and yourself having the same point-of-view but I'm leaning more toward their POV. This book is about the Members of the dream smp being Japanese Folklore creatures and some of them being hunters of these creatures. For the reason of the dream smp story all creatures will be able to turn human not trying to disrespect any folklore although. (Also tanuki do not have humungus balls in this story)

A tanuki statue which hold a plate is seen at the sides of the torii gate at the front of the mountain.
