Four years after he last set foot in Beacon Hills, Theo Raeken returns to the old laboratory that saw him "born," although that isn't the word he would use. Theo had forced himself to remain in his facade with a name that he knew well and that he used as a reminder of what he did, but after an accident at work he is forced to look for some object in that place that he could sell, or else he will only get into more trouble than he had always tried to escape from. But upon entering, something feels different. There is something there. In the dark. Something monstrous and... Personal? Escaping is of no use, and after hearing a crack, everything becomes dark again. When he opens his eyes he has transformed, something feels old, young, broken, with wounds that he had already forgotten. When he manages to escape, he cannot feel what he was, nor remember what he is, everything hurts, even what he no longer has. Who could take care of him? Who could understand it? Who could accept it? Theo is used to the few hours of sleep he gets, on a good day he might get four hours of sleep. Theo is no stranger to waking up in fear, With deputies that think sleeping on the side of the road or in a parking lot is a crime, he's used to the knocking on the window that wakes him up with a jolt, scared that he is about to be kidnapped to be tortured again or better yet, the Doctors are back to get rid of the failure they've created. Or in the way he wakes up after his sister comes to get back what is rightfully hers. To say Theo is used to the smell of his own fear is an understatement of the century.

Alexa Raeken is Theo Raekens younger sister. They came to Beacon Hills to make a pack. But what happens when Alexa falls in love with Liam ?

He's allowing Liam to step into his space, to see the worst part of him and say 'See me, know me, understand that this is the worst of me but it is not who I am. I am a better version of myself. I am not the worst of my actions. I am more. You know me.' And hope that Liam understands and accepts him anyways. Or, alternatively: Liam brings Theo back to life in more ways than one.
