Mario comes across a guy he's never seen before. The guy knows a guy and they both become friends with Mario, and by extension, the SMG4 crew as well. Probably risking their sanity with the amount crazy chaos that follows.

Some say that the past is simply in the past, however in reality it is the most important thing that you can't forget. Join SMG4 and pals as they're led down a path of misfortune, denial, and fear during the summer season. They'll team up with old friends, make some new ones, as it all starts with one accident text to two "great" friends.

Just a few weeks since the arrival of the new castle, Peach organizes a musical showcase for all of the kingdom to play in. Saiko enters her and the crew into the event as well, but when three new unexpected villains show up out of the blue, the gang enlist the help of Smg4 to stop them and win the showcase. The only problem left now is that Smg3 starts feeling useless with his role as a guardian. Like he's...the worst version of Four. An end of an Era... SMG4 announces that he will spend one FINAL Christmas & New Year's Eve on Home Soil. The Crew looks back to some of SMG4's most memorable moments through-out the last 5 Years, and they figure out a way to do a perfect send-off for SMG4, before he leaves.

SMG4 begins his retirement at a holiday resort staffed by Meta Runners, little does he know, an old enemy awaits.
