Giving him a crooked smile while skilfully ignoring Astarion's glare, Tav used the offending hand to lightly grasp his chin. The touch burned hotter and more fierce than the places where the sun had left its mark upon his skin. Yet it was soft enough that Astarion could retreat from it, if he so wished. As a monk, she was free of vices and worked tirelessly at the Open Hand Temple to provided for her last remaining family member. She felt like an alien among her own comrades from the Nautiloid crash, slowly traversing their stories and challenges as she struggled to find her place among them. Majin sought comfort in Astarion as he manipulated her kindness for his own gain, but as they adventured together for a cure for the parasite that plauged them, he fell for her unending patience and willingness to decipher the poem carved into his back by his master. These short scenes are the in between moments of the game or the epilogue.
