This story takes place in the omegaverse it's a fluffy story but they ofc have their problems but they get through and work on themselves as a person. SO THIS MAKES SENSE TO YOUUUU<333 omegas give birth early they carry the child up to 3 months and they have to go through lots of surgeries for it to be possible for them to deliver the child and it's known for being a dangerous procedure.
