During the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch is tasked with a variety of missions across the galaxy. An unexpected addition to their team throws a wrench in the mix, particularly for Tech, who finds a particular connection with the disillusioned Padawan-turned-mechanic named Vel. Let's be honest... this is a slow burn, cheesy romance with just enough immersion in the Star Wars world to give us all a little vacation with one of our favorite clones. No smut, just PG-13 romance and adventure. It's like a mix of Pride and Prejudice and the Jim and Pam dynamic from The Office. Also, I did my best to keep a steady plot line and tried to think of all the potential plot holes or questions or whatnot, but ultimately, this was just an excuse to indulge in imagining a little romantic adventure for Tech. You and Tech have been getting more acquainted lately. Much to the displeasure of Hunter and he isn't even trying to hide it. You unintentionally exacerbate things within your little triangle when you close the gap between yourself and your goggle-headed admirer by bonding over your favorite hobby. Tech takes it a step further by getting creative and making it a little more personal. After all, what is an artist to do with such a compelling muse, as well as an accompanying canvas, fit and primed for painting. You only hope this enterprise goes off without a hitch.
