Donnie makes a machine that uses Mikey's mystic powers to open a portal, the portal goes haywire and the brothers are sucked into a different version of their home. Soon enough the Rise turtles meet the 2012 turtles in a very dramatic manner in which Donnie and Mikey attempt to find shelter in the nearby sewers. Or The Rise turtles meet the 2012 Turtles after being sucked into a portal made from one of Rise Donnie's machines. (COVER ART BY @neoncolorblocks -- TUMBLER) pls don't sue me :')

~So if you came over from my other acc then you should know that I got inspo from a book on Ao3 called "Michelangelo in the Footclan real?!" written by Red_is_lonely~ Michelangelo, along with his sister Karai were taken from their true family when they were small. Mikey was too young to remember, but his big sister had most of her memories of her life before the foot clan, as she was 4 when they were taken and he was only 2. Because of this, Karai knew he wasn't their father. She played along with his lies though, for two main reasons. 1) 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘸𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘯𝘰 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘰. 2) 𝘚𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘔𝘪𝘬𝘦𝘺. They promised to always protect and be there for each other. Even if one knew a little more than the other. 👹👹👹 This is a Human AU, but they still live in the sewers cus Splinter turned into a rat. He's a rat cus I needed them in the sewers cus I couldn't think of a better place for ninjas to live in the city but I wanted a Human Mikey Foot Clan AU cus I can't FIND ANY😭

2012 Leo is transported to the rise universe and, on the verge of collapse from a fight she doesn't remember, runs into the rise turtles. She learns to get along with her brothers from another ooze as she searches for her own. Surely they were transported too! . . . Right?

Donnie, in all his genius glory, isn't perfect. His tech isn't perfect. And God knows his experiments aren't perfect. And that's never bothered him much, until one day his experiments mishap causes a mistake that could have deadly consequences for everyone's favorite blue masked turtle. Can he save his beloved twin, or will Donnie have to live with the guilt of what he's done for the rest of his life. {My friend came up with this and I loved it sm so fic time~}
