He is shpida-man and now lives with the Avengers at Stark Tower. he helps out with loads of things around their and is thought of as a son to Pepper and Tony aswell as a nephew to the rest of the Avengers excluding Wanda and Shuri, who have a cousin/sibling-like relationship Ned is an intern who works with Bruce and helps in the labs; he to is a close friend to the avengers but no where near as close as Peter. Yes he does know he is Spider-man. MJ is also an intern who helps Pepper. She helps keep everything organised and goes on business trips with her. She also knows Peters spider-like identity.
