Utter Happiness is the story of an 18 year old boy who has to deal with the problems of depression, perfectionism and hypochondria. On top of this he has to deal with the girl next door (Cliche, I know...). When a girl named Rosie moves in next door, it is a battle between passion and perfection. This girl appears in his thoughts and ruins his life. This boy is deeply involved in the 'Bad Boy Group' (More Cliche, I know...), while this girl is also a bad girl (Wait, WTF isn't this story supposed to be completely cliche?!!) Anyway, she changes him and he changes her.
