Shinobi moved across rooftops like passing shadows, too fast for civilian eyes to properly catch. The Hokage Monument watched over it all in silent patience, carved into the mountain like eternal guardians. And in the middle of that village, in a small apartment that most people ignored, Naruto Uzumaki opened his eyes before dawn. He always woke early. Not because anyone told him to. Not because he had parents shaking him awake, or a mother calling him down for breakfast, or a father pushing him to train. He woke early because he had decided, long ago, that if he was going to survive in a world that looked at him with cold eyes and whispered voices, then he had to become stronger than their hatred.

Aimi Uzumaki is the twin sister of Naruto Uzumaki. She hates that the villagers are always treating her and her brother as monsters and outcasts but she will always do whatever she can to protect them even if it costs her, her life. So this is my attempt to rewrite the story while giving the women of the world the agency they deserve. Enter Akane, an original character who will replace Sakura on Team 7 to keep the classic three-person dynamic intact. Akane will not erase Sakura. I am simply giving Sakura a new team where she will have a chance to grow into her own person and not a Sasuke fangirl. Akane comes from a future set after Boruto.
