Earth-1 Laurel Lance met her Earth-2 doppelganger Dinah Lance. It had been during the time that Team Arrow was split, and Oliver needed all the help he could get with defeating Cayden James and Ricardo Diaz. Barry misses that voice once he's back in real-time, but he has to set things right and save as many lives as he can. While that means Iris will be with Eddie instead of him, he can't mourn her.
