Two of Mosi Carter's allies, Starr (Killspeed) and Alinta (Bolt), are found trapped in a mysterious Speed Force coma. Tracing the cause, Mosi arrives from the Anansiverse to warn Barry that something - or someone - is rewriting the very flow of Speed Force history. Deep within the Speed Force lies Roscoe Hynes, a Tuskegee Airman from 1944 turned vortex-being called Turbine, and he's being manipulated by Inertia, the unstable clone of Bart Allen from Earth-12. Together, they've fractured time and released dangerous metas through Central City and Keystone, drawing Team Flash into their most existential battle yet.
