Everyone could recall that day. The sky bled with a fiery red tint as meteors hailed down from heaven. It didn't matter if it was God's wrath, random occurrence, or just bad luck. The damage was done. Cities were leveled, islands sunk, and irradiated areas covered the globe. It was the radiation that was the worst. As if the little nudge science needed was finally presented, humans advanced to the next stage of evolution. You could call them superhuman, though most called them Evos. It was a pandemic, leaving everyone with some level of radiation exposure. Some were unaffected, others woke up able to fly, lift thousands of pounds, and melt walls with a touch. Those who had a little too much radiation, though, devolved. Decayed humans distorted by the radiation swarm the desolate cities, warring with the government and shaking the world to its core. In response to this, the current World Minister established the United Evolved Military Service, or the U.E.M.S., sending all evolved humans into training camps to be released into the frontlines when ready for combat. Newton is one of these evolved humans, and his first day at Fort Gorgon starts today.

Explorer Enterprise has twenty two highly regarded and specially trained military agents to complete extremely dangerous missions involving stealth, precision, and deadly force. They are ranked according to combat skill and intelligence; however, the last three agents of the twenty five are the worst, most unskilled, and frankly hazardous in the unit. The Company has deemed them only useful for training the top operatives and using their lack of skills for grunt work. They are called the Holy Trinity of Stupidity and rarely leave the headquarters because of their incompetence. The Company sends them on a next to impossible mission, for the first time in over a year they will see combat. Despite their lack of abilities, the team somehow survives and discovers a deadly secret about Explorer Enterprise and their fellow agents.
