Shade, a new trainer in the Alola region will start his adventure to complete the island trials, along the way meeting friends, rivals, and Pokemon. But a trainer isn't all he is going to be. Note: This story will have small shipping moments, not a full blown ship made. (I have been wanting to do this for a while, ever since I listened to Trickywi's song "In Your Spotlight" and Popplio is my favorite Sun and Moon starter so this is obviously going to focus on Popplio as well. Maylele is a 14 year old boy that havn't gotten a pokemon yet even though he could have gotten one four years ago. Maylele and his mom move to Aloha because of her ex-husband threatening to kill her. Maylele meets a professor in the region and he offers Maylele to get a pokemon and train it! Maylele suddenly has feelings for a certain pokemon when she evolves. Will Maylele complete the island challenges and his pokemon share the feelings? Find out here!
