Lotor has given Voltron anything they wanted. For months, he's allowed himself to be locked away as a prisoner and treated less than everyone else in the castle. Finally, after many successful missions using his intel, he's finally convinced Voltron to take his suggestion on their next target. Alwain. With thousands of resources, it's clear why it's considered valuable- and why its security measures are through the roof. If taken back, it would be a MASSIVE victory for the Collalition. However, after some digging, Pidge comes across a vital piece of information that Lotor "forgot" to tell them. Years ago, after the solar system's thousand-year rebellion had been forced to an end by Galra forces, Lotor was dragged back into Zarkon's plans when he and the Crown Princess were forced into marriage to secure control. While neither is originally thrilled about the arrangement, they end up falling in love. Sadly, Lotor was banished to the end of the galaxy. Any attempt to contact her will mean the end of his lover's home, people, and her life. With no other choice, he's forced to wait. Now, he finally has the opportunity to rescue her from Galra oppression, and nothing is going to stop him. I don't own Voltron or the characters, just the plot of this fanfic. I do own the cover photo and do not permit anyone to use it to profit or gain from it. It's implied that reader has a lifespan similar to Lotor's. This is not meant to fit perfectly into the canon series, so just think of it as a canon divergence, or an ALTERNATE REALITY... I'll go in a corner now...

Keith always felt out of place, he constantly felt as if he didn't belong anywhere and no one would ever love him. Well, that was before he met Gwen anyway. For some reason, the girl always made him feel loved, she always listened to him and she took everything he said into strong consideration. The two were joined at the hip, they were best friends, she was the only one he could talk freely to without letting his guard down. When Keith unexpectedly left Earth with the not-aware-yet-but-will-be team Voltron, he cant help but worry constantly about her back on Earth. He wasn't the only one out of the two that felt alone and out of place.

This is a Voltron, Keith X Reader FLUFF fanfic! (No smut/lemon) I read a Keith X Reader fanfic and it sucked so I wanted to write my own so I hope you all enjoy!

There are five things that Team Voltron have yet to learn about Lance that they hadn't already. 1) Lance isn't just the jokester and the flirt. Lance is also that person you can go to for comfort. Lance is also that person to be deep with you as well as the person to tell you the truth instead of fake lies, regardless of how you'll react. There is never just one side to a story, but Lance's space family hasn't figured that out yet. 2) If you don't give Lance basic respect, he'll give you a reason to respect him. Being a naturally peaceful person, he goes for a less direct but still noticeable way. Lance believes that relationships are grounded by basic respect, but sometimes it's necessary to destroy and rebuild. 3) Lance is not a pushover. You can't just shove his voice right down his throat and expect for him to roll over and bare his neck. No. His teammates have yet to learn that Lance's bark is nothing compared to his bite, and he already talked a mean game. 4) Lance isn't dumb. Sure, when he hasn't had enough sleep, he'll spout bullshit, but it's not his fault he doesn't get a decent amount of sleep because Allura insists on getting them up at the ass crack of dawn- er, figuratively, of course. Lance has a basic understanding of technology and engineering, but he just doesn't delve to deep into it like Pidge and Hunk. It's his best bros' thing, not his. But Lance is a prodigy at math. And math is tied to everything. 5) Lance isn't a pretty force when he's angry. The team has seen him mad, not truly terrifyingly angry. Hell, he's only gotten truly angry three times in his 17 years, and it was enough for Lance to know he didn't want his team to see him like that. However, things such as keeping up a carefree image can burn away if Lance gets angry. Bottom line, don't get on his bad side. Essentially, Lance is a carefree guy until you cross the line. Dont. Cross. That. Line. Simple, right? Apparently, not for Team Voltron.

Our beloved Voltron gang is all grown, old, and prosperous. But what happens when darkness swirls within the depths once more, and the lions shut themselves off from their paladins? The answer is simple, we need a new team Voltron

Lance is taken by the Galra after a mission gone wrong which of course was his fault. He is tortured for information on Voltron's whereabouts and plans on a possible attack. Y/n L/n, Pidge's best friend forever, is about to experience something out of this world: literally. When Y/n was 11 years old, her parents went into space, leaving her in the care of Pidge's family. After a couple weeks, there was a news flash; Y/n's parents were missing in action. By that time, she had enrolled in the Galaxy Garrison and was adopted by Shiro as his little sister. The Holts were in the living room with Y/n, and she started to ask if it was true or not. Pidge noticed that Y/n was crying and immediately ran up to her and comforted her. Soon after that happened, Shiro and Pidge's brother and father were pronounced dead after going to Kerberos. When the two best friends went to the Garrison and they met their new teammates; Lance McClain and Hunk Garrett. When Lance saw Y/n, he started flirting with her, but she got fed up and smacked him. Lance noticed this and never tried to flirt with Y/n again. Soon, the team failed a flight simulation. When Iverson started scolding them, Y/n got scared and hid behind Hunk. After the simulation, Pidge and Y/n went to the roof to listen to alien radio chatter. That night, Lance and Hunk went to the roof and saw the two with headphones and their backpacks. Little did the team know that they were going to be part of something greater than the Garrison. But Y/n soon found out that her parents were hiding something from her, as well as seeing Keith Kogane again.
