When the two girls get stolen by a bird in the woods, they are magically transported into the world where there are two schools; one for good and the other for evil. She is an old friend of revenge and cold-blooded cruelty, and will tear down both schools to grasp it in her iced palms. She will let nothing stop her, not even the epitome of good himself.

That is what can be said with Teo Pendragon, fraternal twin brother to Tedros Pendragon, who is neither classified as an Ever, nor a Never.
