Plot: In this RP/FanFiction event, it features the Black Hat Organization as they are secretly planning to attempt to take over the whole Cartoon Network multiverse and to rule FDK City as well as Toontown as they prepare to cause trouble and to wreak havoc around all over. They also team up with Lord Boxman of Boxmore alongside Professor Venomous as well as Slade as they try to reign supreme. Now, it is up to K.O., Rad and Enid alongside Robin and his hero team, the Teen Titans, to plan to stop them and to prevent them from ruling those places and to keep everyone safe and sound.
