The unthinkable has happened. The Dark Elite with the help of a traitorous Ex- S.L.E.E.T soldier have taken over the Heroes Legion Mansion, and have taken most of the Heroes Legion hostage. Their plan, to use Heroes Links: One to help them take over the world. Their only problem is that Shadow Knight and General Arcane are inside the mansion and are fighting back. Its a super powered Cat and Mouse game that will engulf every inch of the besieged Headquarters of the Worlds first Superhero Team, with the fate of both the Heroes Legion and the World as the prize for the winner.

The Heroes Legion have finally made a triumph in their year long struggle against The Dark Elite by locking up Shadow Knight's arch-rival: The Black Knight. However upon being locked up Shadow Knight starts acting strange, and Black Knight escapes claiming HE is the real Shadow Knight. Is Black Knight lying, or is there something sinister going on....?

When the Heroes Legion rescue a young adult female from the clutches of The Dark Elite, a series of strange events start to occur. A break in at a S.L.E.E.T vault lures M-Leader away from the mansion, leaving the Legion in charge of the girls care. But Shadow Knight starts noticing strange behavior coming from both the girl and his fellow Legion members. Can Shadow Knight solve the mystery of "Anna L'mour" before it's too late?

An unseen force is sweeping through the city of New York, Assimilating people into a Hive Minded state of mind. This force is taking over the city under orders from some kind of "Queen", hidden in the city somewhere. Not even the Heroes Legion are immune to this force, and now Silicon must face the danger alone if he's going to be able to stop this invasion. But can he do it without getting assimilated himself, or is he next!?
