Life isn't easy for the 17-year-old sister of a 27-year-old genius.
Dr Cassandra Reid was smart, too smart. But also, not smart enough. Smart enough to finish school at 14 with a degree in English literature, not smart enough to live up to her own expectations. Smart enough to have two PHDs (literature and psychology), but not smart enough to overcome her skin picking disorder. And then there was her brother; Dr Spencer Reid, the golden boy of the BAU, she adored him, she even rushed a PHD in psychology so she could potentially work with him. But that didn't really work out, in fact she hardly spoke to her brother at all.
