    Shipwrecked is a story about 4 teenagers that all end up together on a ship called the Sol Velero, which is spanish for Sun Sailor. The ship ends up sinking and the 4 all manage to make it out alive with the help of an abandoned lifeboat. While at sea they learn a lot about each other and a lot about themselves. Desperately in need of land, they come across a mysterious island and decide to take camp on it. The island turns out to be possessed and the teenagers must work together to stay alive, face their fears and find their way back home, all the while they try solve the mystery of who sunk the boat and why. This story is an inspiring book that shows the capability of young adults learning about the world, themselves, and each other. I hope it's as much fun to read as it was to write it. -Kiran (13 years old)
