Mr. Hyde returned with a sickening grin, and announced that I would be the next to go. I made my way to room nineteen as I had been told, but before the door opened, I heard it. The bloodcurdling scream from room sixteen. Who was in there, what was happening. I began taking a step towards it, but powerful shove, sent me falling to the ground of room nineteen with an ughf. I had to squint at first the light in the room were bright and hot. When my eyes came into focus it took me a moment to realize that not only had the guard followed me in here upon locking the door but he was wearing a surgical mask. I swallowed hard, before continuing to glance around the room around me. In the center was a bright blue dentist chair. Next to it was a tray covered in a white sheet. An observation window sat opposite from the door. The idea that these people might actually watch me being torch red sickened me, I was oblivious to what may happen to me in this room, but I was convinced it wouldn't give me the "warm fuzzy" feeling. I rose to open the door which I already knew was locked, but the guards hand gripped hold of me, and once again I was being lifted up and thrown down, only now onto the chair. I was still slightly in a daze but began to struggle against the guard, who began strapping me to the chair. His eyes held nothing but anger, and I could tell they also held no remorse. My breath quickened a sheer terror began infecting my body. I screamed

Within seconds the heavy wooden door screeched open, the morning breeze rushed in to greet the new guest to the early morning woods, outside the rays of sunlight fell upon the fresh ground in uneven clumps peering through the gaps in the trees reaching up to the heavens, as the brunette in her lily-flowered pajamas whined, "Grandma~~~" Making the poor lad waiting outside blink in utter confusion-

13 year old Elizabeth Maryland has lived a normal life- until she meets a stranger at a rusty old gas station while she is on vacation with her mother and father. After he tells her to watch out and tell no one what she remembers, Elizabeth is quite confused and is not reassured when she later overhears her parents discussing how she might soon remember what happened to her all those years ago. Elizabeth tries to keep her distance as she wonders what her parents aren't telling her, but suddenly bumps into a face from the past. After her encounter, she begins to see more and more people with grey eyes and seemingly no personality, and she doesn't know where to turn when they start to come after her. Secrets are revealed, loyalties are tested, and Elizabeth isn't sure what to do or where to go, much less who to trust, and when she is betrayed by someone she believed in, she has no idea who the real enemy is. My name is Skylar Assad. From a very young age, I've been different. See, I have this weird ability to see things. Things others can't. Sounds cool, right? Nope. Skylar is a normal teenager, with one exception. She can see things, things others can only dream of. Whether it's a velociraptor, a hooded killer, or an elephant with a hat, she encounters the extraordinary every day. At home, she has a relatively normal life. She lives with her parents, sister Alyssa, brother Mark, and friendly resident spider Tom. She takes care of her fish, reads books, writes stories, and bakes cookies. The only downside is that Mark is the only one who even tries to understand what she sees. But hey, she's used to it by this point. Then her whole world turns on its head. A series of events, including a mysterious encounter with a boy at school and the return of her attempted assassin, make her question if she's the only one with a Sight. On top of it all, her brother becomes deathly ill and is transported to a hospital across the country, leaving Skylar alone, and in grave danger. In one week, her life goes from just plain weird to extraordinary, as she is exposed to a plot that may put the fate of the entire world in jeopardy. And the most terrifying thing? Glory lives right next to a deep and eerie forest. Her parents always say those woods are dangerous, but that's until she finally goes inside the woods, she finally figured out what is really in those woods... and it's not what she expected. The land of the spirits is unexpected... trees are walking, the fog speaks, and anything can happen. Cover is mine!

A story I've been meaning to write since the 8th grade. I can't say how long it'll take me to write and finish this whole thing, or if I finish it at all.

If you wanted any one of your dreams to come true, which would it be, buying a rocket? Being the first man on Mars? Getting all the money in the world? Well if the fate of the world was in your hand, what would you do? End poverty? Rule the world? Get all the riches? What about make imaginations come real? If all that rested in a child's hand what would you guess would happen?

The Triad's Daughters is a futuristic yet contemporary dystopian novella. Set on a planet that has been damaged by multiple generations, the main characters - Lucy and 9 - are trying to create a better future for themselves and for the planet. Artificial intelligence and humans live together in a world that is manipulated by the 7th Quarter that claims to improve people's lives and the environment, but does it? For context I wrote this novella in 2018.

This is not a romance story as much as my other would be, it's more just a complication of romance poems I wrote into one bigger story. (*Trigger warning! Mentions of Abuse!*)
