BEING A TEEN SERIES: CLOCKING SIXTEEN (BOOK 2) Every teenage girl looked forward to clocking sixteen. Not that there was anything special about the day you clocked sixteen but the fact that you were sixteen already. To some girls, its the time to have a boyfriend, the age to get disvirgined, the age to set loose. To other girls, its the age to start living independently, the age to start living your own life. Some many perks came with clocking sixteen. As for me, Olumayede Rachel, I wasn't left out in this expectation. Born with a silver spoon and extra loving parents, my familial life is perfect. Everything seems to be fine except that academically, I am a failure, in terms of friends, I don't have any except the clique I'm always trying to fit in. In terms of the relationships, the guy I like doesn't even know I exist. In summary, my teenage life was a mess. I tried desperately every day to fit in but the harder I tried, the more I felt I didn't belong there. 2 weeks to my sixteenth birthday, my dad gave me an assigment. To me, it was rather a funny assigment, he told me to discover myself and he would get me an iPhone. If I had an iPhone I would finally be able to fit in with my friends. I was excited and eager to finish the assigment until I realized that the so called assigment wasn't really an assigment, it was about me, it was me discovering myself. Like every girl who clocked sixteen experienced a dramatic change in their life, I wasn't left out as I also experienced a dramatic change too. THIS IS A JOURNEY OF SELF DISCOVERY. MORE OF LEARNING TO LOVE YOURSELF. ALWAYS REMEMBER TO LOVE YOURSELF. ©COMING SOON AUGUST 2020

The story of Iman is a simple one. She is an American Muslim teenager. She struggles between the influence of the American culture while attempting to stay firm on the path of Islam. She has a life, she has a personality, and most importantly, she believes in justice and peace. P.N. This is an awesome piece of writing by an anonymous writer. I have decided to publish it on behalf of her so that more people can read it. I think it deserves to be read more, so please read this book and share it with others. Peace out!

This is Reece's pov of Dear Heart ~ I thought you loved me. "It exists you know" "What does?" "Love" I smirk at the girl before me as I see her focus all her attention on my next words before I give a dry chuckle, trying to release the tension but failing miserably. "Your gullible and delusional. You just give in to easily, its got to stop, you've been hurt way to many times", I say honestly. "No it doesn't", she says crossing her arms and I watch as she bites her lip as if only now noticing how true my words are. Better late then never, I guess. "Yes it does, you need to toughen up and focus on reality, not some daydream of a prince who will sweep you off your feet", I continue, voicing my finality. "Oh, really? How do you expect me to do that?", she says mocking me. "Really and I'll help you". ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reece Flowers is an 19 year old, "nice guy" with a charming personality & is a total mama's boy. He's studying to be a sports coach & spends all his free time working with disabled infants, writing romance novels & trying to create a profession for his art. The ambitious & creative boy has never had a romantic love life as he constantly feels bad for turning down innocent girls but he's had to build up walls over the years to avoid his feelings being known. After missing his bus because he offered to stay late at the local nursery he finds himself holding what looks like a story of a teenage girl's love life & he becomes engulfed in her life & realises this notebook - with a few edits - could become a bestseller. What if he finally finds the girl behind the notebook and realises she's broken? How will he help the girl while keeping he's secret from her? What if she begins to break down his walls? Is it a journey for a brighter future or is it the final chapter to begin his career of betrayal, love and lies. Only time will tell... Hi! Thanks for clicking on this book! I hope you decide to click "Start Reading" :) Enjoy! - kdlovehg
