They say high school is a time in your life you will always remember but it was always a time in my life that I wanted to escape. I grew up in Ashworth Falls, a town at predominantly old money families, and I came from a family that wasn't exactly well off. Dad left when I was young so mom did all she could to keep our heads above water and when I was old enough I started working as a tutor to help earn extra money. My dream was to get out of town and college gave me that opportunity but life has a way of bringing you back to places and things you left behind.

She is 13 and she goes over to a boys house to help him study. The boy has a girlfriend and before she (lucy) came over his girlfriend(mary) was there and they had a big fight. So you will have to read to find out more.

Dona is the most amazing person in the world and gets a terrible decease and she ends us pissing in her crush. Will this bring them closer? Or will he hate her? Do they end up together although she has this terrible condition? (okay just so everyone is a aware; this is satire. i'm not a serious writer and this purely because i find it funny. also i do realize the title on the book cover is different, but again, i'm not a serious writer plus i'm lazy)

Just a simple short story. It is also my first so I would most definitely appreciate critiques of any and all sorts (just as long as they're not mean or offensive). I am aware of how the ending is seemingly abrupt. I ended it that way so that the reader can take it in any way they want, either in a positive way, or a negative way. It's entirely the readers prerogative.
