In an alternate storyline of "The Outsiders" book by SE Hinton, set in the 1960's in the middle of a social divide amongst people...Dallas finds himself unsuspectingly falling for none other than a Curtis. Crazy right? All you ever saw of the Curtis's were chocolate cakes and bare chests, but no. Sodapop had a twin. Pepper. Pepper Berry Curtis. The girl of the litter. The first time he saw her, she wandered out in shorts and one of Ponyboy's shirts, calling out for a "Darrel" .... The point was that Dallas Winston saw her and instantly did a double-take.... A girl....that looked like Soda? Not necessarily something you can pass by without whistling at.
