Some pains are too heavy to say out loud-so she wrote them instead. My Secret Diary follows a teenager navigating loss, trauma, new bonds, and quiet healing in a town that feels both unfamiliar and safe. This isn't a love story. It's a becoming story.

Growing up in a world of scarcity, judgment, and conditional love, Nia learns early that survival isn't just about food-it's about fighting to be seen, heard, and loved. From a childhood marked by neglect and body-shaming to the discovery of inner strength, faith, and self-worth, Nia's journey is raw, emotional, and deeply human. This is a story about hunger-not just of the stomach, but of the heart-and the courage it takes to overcome trauma, find one's voice, and embrace life fully, even when the world seems determined to break you

"have you ever been so tired, so weak that you can't even cry anymore, you just sit there and wonder why your life sucks so bad, why everyone and everything is against you, why you can't ever get your shit together, why your life is so sad, why nothing good happens in your life...why " I linger looking down at my blurry boots as a single tear drops "why you are so broken?" "who broke you, Sapphire? " he asks in a low tone. I raise my head slowly to look at him, thinking for a minute, knowing that I have been asked that very question numerous times in the past six years. So I answered with three words I have heard myself say more than a thousand times already.. "I don't know". -------------------------------------------------- This book isn't edited and is totally a work of fiction and my imagination any resemblance to actual event or people is just a coincidence Started: 17th April, 2019 Finished : .... Some people walk into your life like a passing breeze-gentle, unnoticed at first, but before you know it, they become the air you can't live without. I had always been alone. Not by choice, but by the way life had shaped me. Friends were just classmates, conversations were just necessities, and loneliness was just routine. But at sixteen, something changed. For the first time, I stepped into a place that wasn't just school. A coaching institute-just another building, another schedule, another few hours of the week. But on June 3rd, at 2 PM, I heard a voice. A voice that made me feel something unfamiliar, something I had never felt before. In those twelve hours of the week, something shifted. Maybe it was fate, maybe it was nothing. But for the first time, I wasn't just existing-I was feeling. This is the story of those moments, of the silent battles of an introvert, of unspoken words, and of a love that was never meant to be.

*"Where we all break down... somewhere they can't see."* ________________________ This isn't a story born from imagination. It's real. Lived. And still going. What happens when your own mind becomes your worst enemy - and no one notices? This is a story of pressure, silence, and healing from the inside out. ____________________________________________ *"I used to believe I had to be strong, perfect, and happy - all the time. But that was never the truth behind the mask I wore for years."* I'm not speaking through the voice of science, research, or society. This is *my* voice - shaped by what I lived, what I felt, and what still echoes through me every time I look back.

I did not know what this book meant when I first started it, it was an outlet for my feelings as I faced a new world. As I went on I realized what my personal purpose for it is: To form connections with people in this current world where we are all watching through a glass lake, a screen, where we are fed emotions but never taught how to go about them. These are my personal feelings as a young woman, I am sure many of you can relate to them, of any age. They are merely out here to help you know you aren't alone, they are so many out there asking the same questions. "Metamorphosis" is my grain of sand to help connect us. No matter how many people are touched by it.

This book isn't a story it's me, just talking, just venting, just saying everything that's been on my mind. It started as a way to let out everything I was feeling, and somewhere along the way, it became a book. I'm not here to craft a perfect narrative-I'm here to be real. This is me, unapologetically. β•±|、 (˚ˎ 。7 |γ€Λœγ€΅ γ˜γ—Λ,)γƒŽ
