Its currently 40XX and there are abilities at play. The superheroes and villains told in stories long ago are now a reality. There is still one role that no one has talked about in stories; a role that both heroes and villains similarly dislike and that is a vigilante. I don't have a consistent schedule so bare with me :) If anyone in this story wishes for it to be deleted I will do so.
