ONCE my mom told me that we, as humans, only fear what we do not know and that that is the sole reason for violence. We do not know what is to come of something, so in retaliation we immediately fight it off before we can ever find out; before we can ever see if there is any beauty in it. My mom is gone now. Along with any sanity we as a people have left. The year is 2193, and the world is at war. We, humans, are at war with each other only because of what we are and what we can do. We fear what we do not know, thus all we know is ignorance. The government, our democracy, our people and our world have fallen. Nothing good ever comes from being afraid of the abnormalities of others, especially when those abnormalities are amazing. The truth is, none of us are normal. Everyone's definition of normality is different, making it humanly impossible for anyone to ever accomplish the craved label of "normal". Then again, everything we have grown capable of was once described as humanly impossible. By those standards none of us are human. Not even me. In a society outside of slavery and mass execution; the Radins created a safe place for people with powers to escape to. The Radens are feared, hunted, killed and enslaved because of their natural born abilities. The government wants them all dead, and will do anything to achieve that. Somehow hey found a way to survive and avoid getting wiped out. Until they save a boy named Carter with the ability to kill people by touching them. Then the telekinetic daughter of their leader, Imara and her people will have to leave the safety of their home, and finally fight the people who took so much from them.

[COMPLETE] Science is a wonderful thing fueling many wonderful advances. Sometimes though, science goes too far, and the people pursuing a goal forget to ask a very simple question...'should we be doing this?' 4M4L13 is the latest result in an experiment that goes beyond what any rational person would consider reasonable, or even sane. Although the project is an overwhelming success, the results prove to be more than expected...when the experiment gets free.
