Jimmy P. Figg gets himself into trouble sometimes, because instead of telling the truth, he hides from his mom and then tells her a great big fib. When he breaks his neighbor's window, this time he'll have to come out of his hiding place and tell the truth when she catches him red handed. In the end, Jimmy learns a valuable lesson about honesty and decides it's best to just to tell the truth in the first place. Book 2 After 5 years of hiding Crystal finally reveals her daughter to someone who's connected to her, her father. Ethan didn't take it well since he has missed five years of his daughter's life because of the woman he loves and has been searching for ever since. Then out of the blue, she pops up with news he never predicts. He's a father the DNA test proves it if the looks didn't. He wants to be involved in his daughter's life as soon as possible to make up for the years that he has missed. Denied that he can't he has to wait for Christmas Day to get to meet his daughter formally and his daughter to acknowledge him as such.
