Message to Readers: All my life, I struggled with loving myself. However, the key to self-awareness is that you must debunk your triggers and reactions to situations to get to the root of why you are the way you are. Once that is done, accept yourself for who you are, then do the things your intuition tells you to change or improve. Evolving is a lifelong journey, and time is an illusion. So, don't let time or people rush you to master your purpose in life. This book is dedicated to all the women around the world fighting to emerge from the wet soils of trauma. Living life unhealed from trauma isn't easy, and it is unhealthy. Trauma can lead to mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, suicide, and so much more. The ups and downs of how everything went from his perspective. Written throughout the year from personal experience honestly but let's just say it's somebody else the "Characters" in this story does not have names so you may fill in blanks with you and the person you fancy most.
