After eight years in America as an avenger and a few near death experiences, she decides to take her business back to Japan where she would be forced to face all the things she left behind including her brother, Shouta. She manages to secure a position at her former highschool 'UA High', providing upgrades for all hero course students' costumes. Akari didn't expect to get so attached to the problem children. After his run-in with the Hero Killer, Tenya Iida finds himself still struggling to come to terms with everything that has happened. When he returns to Hosu General Hospital to visit Tensei again, just how can he bring himself to interact with a brother who is equally struggling with his newfound condition?
