As the Doctor races against the clock to find his TARDIS and escape Pompeii, he meets a strange girl by the name Mary Sapienti. While he barely knows more than her name and the fact that she is sick and injured, she seems to know more about him than he does himself. He must battle psychics and pyroviles, protect Donna, Mary, and himself, and figure out the secrets of this mystery girl.

The Doctor found his mate, his Bonded, his Chosen, in the form of the best friend of who would become his companion. He found the one who makes him feel all warm and gooey on the inside and could make a stuttering mess on the outside. The problem being, he knows what she is. He knows that she is someone who senses sins, and she punishes them. He knows what he's done in the past and knows she would automatically know what he's done, but he can't help it. Adalyn Blaze is the woman who turns into a flaming skeleton who can kill people with a chain and the Doctor can't help but watch and admire. *I don't own Doctor Who or the MCU
